حجز شقق الإسكان الاجتماعي 2023
يمكن التقديم على شقق الإسكان الاجتماعي 2023، من خلال سداد مقدم جدية حجز الوحدة السكنية، ومصروفات التسجيل، والتقدم بطلب الحجز ورفع كل من الاستمارة والإقرار على الموقع الإلكتروني لـ صندوق الإسكان الإجتماعي، ويمكن الحجز في شقق الإسكان من خلال الضغط على الرابط التالي:
شروط الحجز في شقق الإسكان
وللراغب في الحجز، شراء كراسة الشروط، وسداد مقدم جدية الحجز والمصروفات الإدارية، من خلال مكاتب البريد المميكن بالمدن والمحافظات، والشروط هي:
– يجب أن يكون المتقدم مصري الجنسية.
– ألا يقل سن المتقدم عن 21 سنة ويجوز أصحاب المعاشات لسن يصل الي 75 سنة.
– عدم التقدم لأكثر من وحده سكنية.
– عدم تخصيص وحده سكنية في مبادرة التمويل العقاري.
– كما يجب أن يكون الحد الاقصي للدخل بالنسبة لشقق محدود الدخل الاعزب لا يزيد دخله عن 4500 جنيه والمتزوج لا يزيد الدخل عن 6000 جنيه.
– بالنسبة لشقق متوسط الدخل الاعزب لا يزيد دخلة عن 10.000 المتزوج لا يزيد دخلة عن 14.000 جنيه.
